AMAZON SMILE
The Amazon Smile program has been discontinued by Amazon. Stay tuned for how to access a special Sugar Grove Free Library Amazon Wishlist, a way you could identify and make a specific library wish become a reality for our community!
MEMORIALS
If you would like to honor a loved one by donating to the library, we offer a memorial and honor program.
The memorial program allows patrons to donate funds in memory of a loved one and specify what those funds should be used for.
Honorary donations can celebrate a milestone such as a birthday, graduation, retirement, or anniversary!
Suggestions may be made as to what funds are used for to suit the interests/hobbies of the individual being recognized, to include library materials of various formats on a specific topic of interest to the honored individual, library furnishings or technology, outdoor appointments (landscaping, outdoor furniture, etc.).

DONATING MATERIALS
Come shop our Sugar Grove Free Library Book Sale during Sugar Grove Sales Day Saturday July 27th (indoor/outdoor weather permitting), then indoor only Mon-Thurs July 29-Aug 1.
Our limited storage space is as full as can be and that is with working with resale partners where we ship donations they will take off-site to sell online. We are finding that option less profitable as rising freight costs consume what must be taken off the top of those sales to cover shipping for those partners. In 2023 we received no income from those sales at all, everything went back into freight.

Donation of materials to the library is welcome, unless we have placed notice that we are full and unable to take additional donations (we are tiny!!). Hardcover and paperback books, DVDs and CDs, Vinyl records, puzzles and games are all welcome (please note if you are aware of missing pieces!)
We ask that items be clean and in decent condition, and cannot take textbooks, test preparation books or reference books more than a couple years old (exception for local community history items).
Donations are considered for possible addition to circulating collection, book sale or other fundraisers, give-away at community events, etc.
Please note! When you store books away, consider the conditions and know that if they are exposed to high humidity or dampness they are likely to be unusable later. Consider donating them before you store them in the basement, shed, or garage OR take them to Mortenson's recycling sooner than later. (yes, he takes them!) Please don't use the library as your recycling service because "I can't bring myself to throw away a book". Think of it this way: "would I gift this to someone I know?"
