Board/Card Game Night: Tuesday, April 2 from 5:00 to 6:45 pm
Card games and board games are available or you can bring your own game. Come on down and have some fun!
Lego Club: Tuesday, April 3 from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm
Come build a Lego creation that we can put on display for several weeks.
Movie Night: Tuesday, April 8 at 5:00 pm
Movie night consists of one movie & lots of yummy pizza from the Bucket and lemonade.
Block Party: Tuesday, April 9 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Our Block Parties consist of a variety of blocks in different shapes and sizes which the children and their parents can use to build and create while interacting with each other.
Eggs Eggplained: Tuesday, April 9 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
A presentation on the higher nutritional value of eggs produced by Free Range/Cage Free chickens versus Industrialized chickens.
Garden Party: Wednesday, April 17 from 2:00 pm to ?
Join us at the library for a casual gathering of garden talk. Members of the Hill & Dale Garden Club will be there to share tips and advice. Tea will be provided so bring your favorite tea cup and snacks to share are welcome but not required.
Backyard Chickens: Tuesday, April 20 at 1:00 pm to ?
Don’t be chicken… Join us for an informative presentation by David and Andrea Genug of Heritage Hill Farms on chickens including: Types of Chickens, Care for Chickens, Structures Needed, Equipment Needed, Predation, and Butchering.
Learning at the Library: Invasive Species Presentation, Wednesday April 24,
1st session 2:30 - 4:30 pm / 2nd session 5:00 - 7:00 pm
Are invasive plants invading your life? Jean Gomory of The Warren County Conservation District will be giving a presentation on discovering the characteristics of invasive plants and what makes an invasive plant invasive. She will also discuss how to identify the most common invasive plants in the area and ways to eradicate, or at least manage, invasive plants you have in your yard.
Lit Wit Book Club: Tuesday, April 29 at 6:30 pm
The Book Club meets once a month. Each month a member selects a book to discuss, lead the discussion, and bring a treat to the meeting. This month’s book is “Straight Man” by Richard Russo. Copies are available at the library.
