Learning at the Library: Canning and Preserving, Monday,July 15th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Can & Preserve: July 15 6:30 pm - ? A presentation on Canning and Preserving by Lynn Allen and Phyllis Wright. They will feature canning and freezing with information on pressure cookers and hot water canning.
Lego Club: Wednesday, July 2nd from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm
Come build a Lego creation that we can put on display for several weeks.
Summer Reading Program Going on now through August 24th.
Taking Sign Ups for Summer Reading. Program is for both Adults & Children. Runs from June 10 to August 24 2019
Block Party: Tuesday, July 9th from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Our Block Parties consist of a variety of blocks in different shapes and sizes which the children and their parents can use to build and create while interacting with each other.
Board Meeting: Tuesday, July 10th starting at 7:00 pm
Our board consists of 7 volunteers with various different jobs throughout the library. Our board meetings are open to the public and they usually last from one to two hours.
Movie Night: Tuesday, July 16th at 5:00 to 7:00 pm
Movie night consists of one movie & lots of yummy pizza from the Bucket and lemonade.
Story Hour: Starts June 19th from 5:00 to 6:00 pm
Every Wednesday night June 19 thru July 31 from 5 to 6 pm. A different theme each week.
Lit Wit Book Club: Monday, July 29th at 6:30 pm
The Book Club meets once a month. Each month a member selects a book to discuss, lead the discussion, and bring a treat to the meeting. This month’s book is “Mrs. Lee’s Rose Garden (The True Story of the Founding of Arlington)” by Carlo Devito. Copies are available at the library and new members are always welcome.
Video Game Night: Tuesday, July 30th from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm
Xbox games. Use our games or bring your own.
Board/Card Game Night: Tuesday, July 22 from 2:00 to 6:45 pm
Card games and board games are available or you can bring your own game. Come on down and have some fun!
